- Returns for online orders must take place within 30 days from the original shipment or purchase date in order to receive a credit back in the original form of payment.
- Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment or purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Please enclose a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or register receipt. Returns that do not include a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or register receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Return/exchange merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags.
- If your size is unavailable, we’ll pay for your return shipping if you decide to try a different size or product.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
