If the items you bought from us didn’t meet your expectations, then you can return them for a refund.

You can either return your items directly to our 20th street location, or mail them back to our online department.

You have up to 30 days from the shipment date to complete the return.
The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box with all tags and packaging included. If you are interested in exchanging your items, we will ship your replacement item after we’ve received your return.

You’ll receive a credit in the original payment method once we get your items.
